Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your order. We always aim to ship as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Shipping Within the U.S.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and always choose the best shipping option to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you buy.
- Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopened and unused. Email us at info@zenicslabs.com to start the return process.
- No Returns on Opened or Used Items: Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept opened supplements or skincare products.
- Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
- Final Sale Items: Discounted or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
